2️⃣ Before reporting a player, it's always a good idea to check if they're actually doing the thing on purpose, because it could be that they just made a mistake

• If you are the driver, and the dispatcher has made a mistake, be sure to ask him additional questions first (e.g. Why he doesn't want to let you in, Why I'm standing in the station for a very long time, Why he sent you there and there, etc. - the report itself might be unjustified, for example because the player is a newbie and doesn't know the game at all).
