There is also a service stop for employees of ZUT Remtrak and PR Idzikowice. It was planned to build a stop for passengers from Opoczno and the Opoczno district, but in the end a location at Opoczno Południe station was chosen.
On 28 February 2018, PKP PLK signed a contract with a consortium of Budimex and KZA Przedsiębiorstwo Automatyki i Telekomunikacji for the modernisation of the station with its adaptation to the speed of 230 km/h for passenger trains.[1]
