Dabrowa Górnicza Huta Katowice
It is only a switching point. There are no platforms.
THE STATION IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERABLE.
Dabrowa Gornicza Huta Katowice is a branch station where the line from Strzemieszyce ends. It used to be a "through" station. - the route from Strzemieszyce passed into a two-track passing station, which ended with a branch towards the Dąbrowa Górnicza Piekło post and the Dąbrowa Górnicza station. Two platforms were located within the passing area, while on the line to Ząbkowice the platforms were located outside the station, on the track. The passing station is left with very heavily overgrown and dismantled tracks and stumps of traction posts. There is also a rather extensive siding at the post, the tracks of which are operated by the executive signal box. Train traffic on the main lines, meanwhile, is handled by the "DGHK" signal box, which has relay equipment with traffic lights. Traffic in the direction of Golonog and Pieklo was handled by the signalman from the "DGHK1" signalman's station, which was located at the crossing, equipped with turnstiles.[1]
