V roce 2016 byla představena nová verze Elf 2 s novým designem, v roce 2019 byla představena verze Elf.eu - multisystémová verze zaměřená na trhy EU.[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pesa_Elf]

Tato elektrická jednotka ve hře byla přidána již v demoverzi a jednalo se o první jednotku se kterou hráči mohli hrát. Tato jednotka v současné době jezdí pouze na osobních vlacích.
